Royal Mail's Age Verification service ensures that items are only given to people who are 18 or older. The service uses the Challenge 25 principles, which means that if Royal Mail thinks someone looks under 25, they will ask for proof of age before handing over the item. This applies when signing for an item, or when collecting it from a Customer Service Point or Post Office branch.
