For orders placed using bank transfer, the order may not be processed or dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.
For Click & Collect orders where payment is due on collection, payment must be made using the payment method available at the time of collection.
9. Delivery
We currently offer delivery options displayed during checkout, which may include Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is subject to the carrier’s service and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Click & Collect
Where Click & Collect is available, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Age verification may be required when collecting age-restricted products.
We reserve the right to refuse collection where the person collecting the order cannot satisfy our age-verification requirements.
Orders must be collected within a reasonable period. We may contact you if an order remains uncollected.
11. Cancellation and Returns
Consumers purchasing goods online may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer legislation.
Where the statutory cancellation period applies, you may have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
